NJW Renovations Unlimited is beyond excited to welcome 3 new employees to our NJWRU team! When hiring new people, we are careful to invite talented, innovative, and knowledgeable people to take a seat at our table of expertise. These three individuals met our expectations, and we are delighted to welcome them to help make all our clients’ home renovation and remodeling dreams come to life. Let’s meet our newest team members!

Welcome to the team: Aaron Locke

Welcome Team Members

Aaron joins us as a Job Superintendent overseeing the construction of projects and monitoring activities at the worksites. He ensures that all health and safety codes are being observed and keeps projects on schedule while maintaining the quality expected by NJWRU. Aaron has a background in construction and remodeling and understands the ins and outs of the jobsite.

Aaron previously owned his own business and brings that knowledge with him when performing his duties here at NJW Renovations Unlimited. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time outdoors and with his wife and kids. When asked about an interesting fact about him, he told us that he earned a Class A CDL at the age of 18! Welcome Aaron!

Welcome to the team: Bailey Bargdill

Welcome Team Members

Bailey joined our team in November of 2022 and brought us his vast experience as a Carpenter. Bailey has construction and remodeling experience as a project manager as well as a carpenter. He has done “a little bit of everything” from wood/cabinet/floor refinishing to drywall to woodworking.

As a hobby, Bailey enjoys building furniture and hopes to one day have his own company showcasing his skills building custom furniture. He has two beautiful babies that he loves spending time with, is a new first-time homeowner, and loves golfing. We are very excited to welcome Bailey to the team!

Welcome to the team: Jason Beath

New employees

Jason is another new carpenter we are excited and lucky to have added to our team. Jason does a variety of carpentry work for us, including framing, finishing, and trimming work. Jason joins us with previous experience as a General Contractor and a project manager for a fabrication shop. His personal and professional goals are simple, he just wants to do whatever makes him happy—and we love that! He has a history of being “employee of the month” at all his previous jobs showing his dedication and commitment to his work. Outside of work, Jason enjoys playing and coaching ice hockey. Welcome, Jason!
