This 1960’s home got a much-needed update to fit the needs of the family. The update this Worthington, Ohio, family received will allow them to enjoy their home for years to come! We partnered with Residential Designed Solutions for the design on this project, and the client is thrilled.
In this project, we introduced a new mudroom addition, a front portico and a covered back porch. Our goal was to really enhance their living space and give them the space they were desiring, making it functional and beautiful.

Now this family has the space for all the activities they are involved in, a perfect combination of function meets style. Thanks to Residential Designed Solutions great design, it will also adapt and change as needed to best fit the needs as the family ages. The first-floor laundry and office can easily transition to a first floor bedroom if the need arises.
