Dwayne Arledge
Dwayne Arledge, AKA Reno, has been working in the home remodeling and carpentry space for over 20 years. With a passion for working with his hands, Dwyane was drawn to this field of work and enjoys the daily challenges that come with being a hands-on field superintendent. Every day he tests his math skills, physical strength, problem solving, and communication skills in order to construct, repair, remodel, and install materials for his clients.
Outside of work, Dwyane enjoys riding his motorcycle on open roads, listening to the sound of the motor and feeling the wind on his face. Riding gives him a feeling of freedom and he has created strong long-lasting friendships with other riders in the area. When he is not riding, he looks forward to other hobbies he loves, including hunting, fishing and watching old western movies that transport him back to a natural and rustic time of the past. Dwayne also enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.
Kevin Bradford
Kevin Bradford has been with the company for 22+ years as a dedicated employee and strong leader. Kevin appreciates craftsmanship and being involved from start to finish with the transformation of a room or home. Kevin loves being involved with all aspects of a project.
Kevin is married with three beautiful children. He enjoys fatherhood and spending time with his family, and his favorite hobby is hunting.
Leslie Schwenn
Leslie Schwenn is a newer member of NJW RU, however, is not new to the industry. Prior to NJW RU, Leslie was a property project manager, overseeing house flips and other home renovations for individual properties. Consistently striving to excel and exceed professionally, Leslie is enjoying the position of Job Superintendent with NJW RU and enjoys the process of bringing a project full circle, from start to finish.
Leslie says his biggest achievement was raising his kids right. In addition to spending time with his family; he plays guitar in a local rock band. We love his passion for music and construction.
