Project Profile

Sometimes, people grow apart and part ways… and occasionally the same holds true with a client and contractor partnership. We were brought into just that, the homeowner and previous contractor parted ways and we were invited to complete this new home build.

Walking into an already started project isn’t always ideal, we first assessed the situation and then started making a plan to execute the homeowner’s wants and needs. Since it was already started and the budget situations were already in place, being the second contractor on this project, makes us that much more proud to show off the final master piece of this “diamond in the rough”!

Of course, there were items on the homeowner’s wish list that had to be reconsidered, but in doing so we never compromised the integrity or beauty of this home. The bling, glam and natural elements were maintained while being very sensitive to budget. Planning took a bit longer on this project than most, but the results are fabulous.  We hope you agree!
