NJW, your Columbus, Ohio general contractors, wanted to share some great news in the remodeling industry. The National Association of the Remodeling Industry’s (NARI) fourth-quarter Remodeling Business Pulse (RBP) data of current and future remodeling business conditions continues to show growth.
NARI has noted that many home remodelers entered into 2014 with jobs in the pipeline, which hasn’t happed in the past few years. NJW continues to provide many people with estimates on their home remodeling project, room additions, and kitchen/bath renovations. We are looking forward to the many exciting projects ahead!
Overall, NARI is reporting that conversion of bids to jobs continues to be the weakest measure when compared to the same time last year. Yet, the projected strength of sales in three months had a significant increase to 6.41 from the 6.12 recorded in September. Overall, consumer’s confidence is up and they are willing to spend money on a remodeling project that will increase the overall value of their home.
NARI is the source for homeowners seeking to hire a professional remodeling contractor. Members are full-time, dedicated remodelers who follow a strict code of ethics with high standards of honesty, integrity and responsibility. As you may already know, NJW is a proud member of NARI, and we would love to help you out with your residential renovation!
