We want to share a really great project that is currently under construction. This Bexley, Ohio home is located on Stanwood Drive. NJW Construction, one of the top home improvement contractors in Central Ohio, is working on projects encompassing multiple areas of the home. Included in these projects is altering the roof to include 18″ inch overhangs while installing a new 30 year dimensional shingle roof. Simultaneously, we will be adding a front porch with stone wall and stamped concrete floor, enclosing a sunroom for a new family room and mud room addition, and installing new Marvin Clad wood windows. On completion of the construction phase, we will be siding the complete home with cement board siding, otherwise known as Hardi Plank siding.
